1. Vendor Registration

Vendors must provide complete business details for account verification. Fake or incomplete details may lead to rejection.

2. Product Listings

Vendors must:

  • Upload accurate descriptions

  • Use original and high-quality images

  • Mention correct prices, stock, and variations

  • Avoid misleading or false claims

Illegal or restricted items are strictly prohibited.

3. Order Management

  • Vendors must process orders on time

  • Update order status regularly

  • Provide tracking information promptly

  • Ship items securely and professionally

4. Customer Support

Vendors must reply to customer messages within 24–48 hours and resolve disputes professionally.

5. Returns & Refunds

Vendors must clearly define their return policy and must follow it consistently.

6. Payments & Commissions

Aweessomee.com will deduct marketplace commissions as per category and release vendor payments after the order is marked as completed.

7. Store Appearance

Vendors should maintain a professional store page with:

  • Store banner

  • Logo

  • Business details

  • Store policies

8. Policy Violations

Aweessomee.com may suspend or terminate vendor accounts that engage in:

  • Selling fake or prohibited products

  • Fraudulent activities

  • Poor customer service

  • Excessive order cancellations
